Fees

An OUT-OF-POCKET fee is applicable to all valid Medicare-card holding patients without concession card. In order for an appointment to be confirmed and held for you, you MUST input your bank card details irrespective of being exempt from payment.

The full fee (inclusive of the Medicare rebate) will be charged on the day of consultation and the rebate will be processed for you by clinic staff.

Fees may vary depending on consultation type, and reception will inform you of the out-of-pocket cost.

Please be advised that ALL procedures incur fees irrespective of concession status or age.

Patients under 15 years of age and holders of a current Pension, Healthcare, or DVA Card will be bulk-billed during weekdays from 9:00am-5:00pm. Appointments outside of normal working hours will incur a fee.

Appointments on public holidays are subject to doctor availability’

Please note that some services attract a fee that is non-claimable with Medicare and may be in addition to the Doctor Consultation.

Please provide at least 2 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend your appointment.
Failure to provide this notice will incur a cancelation fee of $20.00. Repeated no shows without notice may result in a restriction being placed on further booking of appointments.
